Satisfaction is guaranteed. Any non-custom item may be returned (to me, not to the printer) within 10 days in its original condition and the full purchase price will be refunded.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Please follow these return procedures: All returns must be requested by email PRIOR to sending the item back.
Items returned must include a copy of the return request confirmation to assure a refund.
Items purchased for custom-printing that are chosen from the items I have listed for sale are not considered custom items.
My policy is to refund a portion of shipping charges if they exceed my actual postage costs by more than $1.
Shipping is by US Postal Service.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes and/or other costs imposed by the purchaser's own country.
The buyer is responsible for knowing and accepting all such fees on purchases.
