within 10 days in its original condition and the full purchase price will be refunded.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Please follow these return procedures:
All returns must be requested by email PRIOR to sending the item back.
Items returned must include a copy of the return request confirmation to assure a refund.

Items purchased for custom-printing that are chosen from the items I have listed for sale
are not considered custom items.

My policy is to refund a portion of shipping charges if they exceed my actual postage
costs by more than $1.
